The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to assist with my requests. The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps away from the Brochant station, making it easy to get around this city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed, mattress, and pillows were nice.
No issues.

The rooms were large and clean, compared to other hotels in large cities.
The Hotel staff didn't really live up to their promises. Two weeks after we left and paid for the hotel, I still haven't gotten the pre-authorization for the Hotel payment off my credit card. We had to use my wife's credit card because the staff didn't know how to use the pre-authorization to charge for the room! After calling and emailing them, the still haven't returned my email or done anything on the matter. The hotel is also located on a narrow street in one of the not so safe feeling areas of the city. So coming to the hotel after 10pm was a bit of a unnerving experience.

We received a very friendly welcome and were well received. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is a little way out from the city centre, but there are two metro stations nearby. Breakfast on the second day was a disaster when they ran out of milk and could not provide eggs which had been provided the previous day. The staff in charge of the breakfast room were not competent.

The staff were splendid - very helpful and accomodating. Spoke excellent English, so was very helpful to us. The location is outstanding for touring the city, a mere 4 block walk to the metro and a bus line on the corner. Great local neighborhood.

The hotel and room had all the facilities we required for our stay.
The only thing I would say that I was slightly disappointed with was that some of the breakfast menu was cleared away before 10 o'clock when we were still eating.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are small but very clean and have all the basic amenities you need. The location is fantastic, with three metro stations nearby and lots of bars, restaurants, and stores in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good.
Everything was fine and there's nothing major to complain about.

The shower was extra nice, beds extremely comfortable. Catherine at reception was helpful and friendly. Another lady went above and beyond with assistance. Good value breakfast and exemplary service. Quiet at night with convenient metro station nearby.
Nothing not to love.

As we were running the Paris Marathon, we requested a room with a bath and received confirmation from staff that we would get this, however, we ended up with a room that had a shower. Small detail, wouldn't stop me staying there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and super clean and in my opinion very reasonably priced for Paris. The rooms were even quite large and spacious for what I was expecting in Paris. It was close to the metro stations which made it easy and quick to get into the sites of Paris. Overall, a great hotel which I would recommend to anyone wanting to go to Paris.
The walls were very thin so it was noisy at times but really not too bad at all. Also, the breakfast which was an additional 10 euros in my opinion wasn't worth it. There are other places to eat that are better and cheaper. I only did the breakfast option on day one.

The hotel was set in a good location, convenient for the tube and was itself very smartly presented with small but very clean and functional rooms. The welcome on reception was friendly and I would definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel is beautifully redecorated and is very quit. It's absolutely great for those who love contemporary furniture in stead of the regular hotel furniture which is always a bit oldfashioned.
The neighborhood is not nice. I had to spend the night at the hotel and there's no decent place to eat within walking distance.
